Marcella has been an incredible influence in helping me reach new health and nutrition goals. Nearly as important, she has helped me become a more relaxed host when I'm entertaining friends and family. Our sessions typically started in my living room with a discussion about my frustrations in the kitchen. Every discussion was laser focused on the things that were holding me back. Step by step we strategized on ways to simplify tasks.
We then organized my kitchen cabinets, pantry and refrigerator to set up systems based on my lifestyle and goals. She recommended I create weekly task and shopping lists which helped me be ready to cook with my goal of using ingredients I have on hand to create healthy dishes for my own personal weekly needs, as well as those for entertaining.
Marcella was always by my side while cooking: encouraging me, teaching me and offering wonderful suggestions and shortcuts, including to buy in bulk and "shop" from my own home first, to reduce the time element and burden of shopping. Using herbs and homemade dressings in the beginning of the week as a way to marinate, and dress salads was a game changer for me to healthier versions of common products.
The benefits of learning alongside Marcella will last for many years to come.

Marcella is one of the most talented and sweetest people I know. She is an outstanding chef who is well studied and knowledgeable on health and wellness.
Marcella uses food as a health tool. I learned so much about how we can eat our way towards being healthier while enjoying the food at the same time. This past year I decided to join Marcella in the kitchen.
I have improved on my knife skills, flavor profiles and learned to work with ingredients I have on hand. Most of all, when Marcella leaves my home, I feel as I've just finished a therapy or spa session. To talk about health, learn about cooking, have a stock of healthy food on hand and have spent hours with an amazingly wonderful person is cathartic.
